Can I already work in Germany while my recognition is in progress?
In short
Under certain conditions, yes. The recognition partnership allows qualified employment while the recognition procedure is carried out after entry.
Who is behind it?
A residence route under German skilled-immigration law. Employer and professional carry the procedure together; recognition itself is still granted by the competent recognition body.
