This need became particularly clear during a delegation trip to Tunisia: well-trained and motivated people are looking for international career opportunities, employers need qualified professionals, and institutions shape the framework for fair and lasting workforce mobility.

We complement this commitment with a concrete financial contribution: we donate 2.5% of our annual revenue to non-profit organisations.

Dr. Aboubakr Rabah
Co-founder and Managing Director
Dr. Aboubakr Rabah is multilingual (German, Arabic, English and French) and combines international experience in business, politics, academia and institutional cooperation with a strong network in Germany, North Africa and the Gulf region. At NAVIGO he is responsible for strategic corporate development, operational growth and the targeted positioning of the company in international markets.
Mehriz Fezzani
Co-founder and Managing Director
Mehriz Fezzani is also multilingual (German, Arabic and English) and combines sound experience in business, politics, academia and institutional cooperation with a strong network in Germany and North Africa. At NAVIGO he is responsible for strategic corporate development, sustainable business development and the supra-regional positioning of the company in the German market.
