What is THAMM Plus?
In short
THAMM Plus supports regular, fair labour and training mobility between North Africa and Europe. It is implemented on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development; Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt are among the partner countries.
Who is behind it?
GIZ, on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Partner countries include Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt.
Important / context
THAMM Plus is not a NAVIGO programme; it is further evidence of existing institutional mobility structures between Tunisia and Germany.
What does this mean for employers?
Evidence that regular, fair labour and training mobility from Tunisia to Germany already works institutionally – an external example, not a NAVIGO service.
What does this mean for professionals?
The programme includes selection and preparation, language courses, intercultural preparation and – depending on the profile – support with recognition and visa processes.
