Two founders. One shared conviction.
Dr. Aboubakr Rabah and Mehriz Fezzani share more than a long-standing friendship. Their international roots, academic backgrounds, professional experience and networks form the foundation of NAVIGO today.

A shared vision born of friendship
Dr. Aboubakr Rabah and Mehriz Fezzani met in 2011 while studying in Dortmund. Their time at university grew into a close friendship that endured even as their professional and personal paths took them to different countries and industries.
More than a decade later, both bring these experiences together at NAVIGO: Aboubakr with a focus on strategy, institutional cooperation and international networks; Mehriz with experience in entrepreneurship, digitalisation, employer networks and local implementation.
Their shared conviction: international workforce mobility needs more than conventional recruitment. Professionals, employers and institutions must be understood, connected and supported over the long term.
Dr. Aboubakr Rabah – connecting international perspectives
Dr. Aboubakr Rabah was born in Algeria and grew up in Arnsberg in the Sauerland. His German-Algerian biography and academic and professional stations in Europe, North Africa, the USA and the Gulf region shape his international perspective.

Mehriz Fezzani – entrepreneurship with local roots
Mehriz Fezzani was born and raised in Oberhausen. As a German-Tunisian he is closely connected to both Germany and Tunisia. His career combines management consulting, business development, digitalisation and entrepreneurship. He is also active in the local economy and in entrepreneur networks.
